Our standard workshops include the following:

  • Conflict Management and Resolution
    We create an understanding of individual behavioural and response styles through practical exercises. We facilitate learning on the impact of the different styles on relationships with individuals, teams and within organisational context.
  • Emotional Intelligence
    We create an understanding of emotional intelligence through self-insight and practical exercises. We assess the team’s level of emotional intelligence and possible learnings from these that can impact team dynamics.
  • Team dynamics and challenges
    We understand the current team challenges through engaging with each team member either online via a survey or one on one depending on the need. This enables us to bring forward any challenges in the team relating to interpersonal relationships, trust, communication, etc. The workshop then aims to identify core team values and interventions to overcome challenges and foster a positive team environment.
  • Leadership and Management Development
    We believe that strong leadership is required to take individuals, teams and organisations forward. We integrate solutions which includes, but is not limited to, self-awareness as well as anonymous feedback to assist leaders in understanding strengths and development areas.
